I wouldn't consider it a better program, but the general thought for rankings nowadays is HS>WB>KCM. If you really want to nitpick over the last 2 years, sure, but the tiers come through in the data as well. In terms of culture, I've been impressed by the pay-it-forward culture at Booth, and Booth is a winner for me here. However, I like Wharton's vibrant culture quite a lot as well.
