Go into your router settings, find upnp and turn it on. Then reboot your router and console. That should automatically open the necessary ports which in turn gives you an open nat. If that doesn't work you can manually forward the necessary ports. Portforward.com should help if you need to go that route.

WebIf you're in an empty lobby like here, don't wait for people to join, it's much better to press Back, then search again. Sometimes restarting your game and/or console helps. As for internet connections, your NAT-type is Moderate and while that isn't ideal, it's good enough for now. I do suggest using an ethernet cable though instead of wifi.
